How much does dispatch cost?

Dispatch within Germany is free of charge.

We dispatch globally via DHL! The official consignor prices are transparently communicated.

How can I track my order?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of order as well as a DHL Tracking Code that enables you to track the order online.

What conditions apply to returns?

You can return your ordered commodity within 14 days of receipt without giving any reasons.  We expect the bag to be returned in the original state, i.e. unworn, undamaged and with the hangtag still in place.

The cost of return is non-reimbursable and should be borne by the purchaser.  If the commodity reaches us in the original state, we will immediately being processing reimbursement. It can take up to 14 days before the amount is back-posted to your account.

How long does delivery take?

We process incoming orders within 24 hours on workdays and subsequently dispatch them via DHL. Our standard dispatch takes an estimated 2 to 5 workdays for orders within the EU. Global delivery times deviate and are subject to DHL standards.

How does the waiting list for out-of-stock items work?

All our products are made by hand in low volume production. Should an item not be currently available, please enter your name on the waiting list and you will be informed as soon as the item is back in stock.
